Visit Mae Salong, Mountain Villages,
Golden Triangle and Chiang Rai
Day 1.
We start early in the morning to Chiang Rai.
We will see many small Villages, hot springs and we will get local market experience. In the end we will arrive at the beautiful mountain village Mae Salong.
We will experience the village and at sunset we will climb up to the mountain temple and have an unforgettable view.
We will have Dinner at a typical restaurant and sleep in nice bungalows.
Day 2.
Next morning we will visit the early farmers market, where many farmers present seed and food. You will get the chance to taste the hill tribe tea and to walk around in the nice nature.
We will get Lunch in a famous Chinese Restaurant.
After Lunch we drive to Mae Sai to the big markets of Chiang Rai province.
In the evening we will arrive at our Resort at Golden Triangle.
We get dinner at the Restaurant beside Khong River.
Day 3.
Next day after breakfast you will have a boat trip on Mekong River.
You have the chance to visit the impressing Opium museum. (ticket not included)
After Lunch we will drive back to Chiang Rai and visit the famous art temple Rhong Khun. Then we will drive back to Joy’s House Chiang Mai where you will get Dinner.
Visit the highest mountain of Thailand
Doi Inthanon National park
Day 1
We start early in the morning to the famous and beautiful Rajaphurk Park. At this place government grow up many thousand plants from all over the world.
After Lunch we drive to Doi Inthanon and visit the traditional Karen and Lahu Hill tribe Villages and we will walk from Kurn Pool to Mae La Village.
We will have local dinner and stay for the night in simple nature huts.
Day 2
Next morning we will walk through the jungle and meet our car at the meeting point.
We will drive up to the next village Mae Kan. Its wonderful seated in the middle of rice fields and coffee farms. You will see the small local coffee factory of the village. In the evening we will stay here in the tent or in simple huts. You can also choose to stay in the resort of the Kings Royal Project.
Day 3
Next morning we will go with an expert to a jungle trip. After a short lesson about plants and animals he will bring us to the real deep jungle to get experience there. It’s an impression hike. After late lunch we will drive home to Joy’s House Chiang Mai.
